(Also\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.historypin.com\/\">Historypin<\/a>\u00a0let&#8217;s you access their image collection from handhelds, both from the iRealm as well as Androidland)<\/p>\n<p>In a quick test Historypin&#8217;s Street View integration seemed more sophisticated and more accurate. On the other hand, the <em>What was there<\/em> website is behaving more considerate around my netbook&#8217;s limited resources.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, unlike Historypin,\u00a0<em>What was there<\/em>\u00a0is built and maintained by a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inc.com\/inc5000\/profile\/enlighten\">for-profit company<\/a>.
